ASSESSMENT FEES

Types of Evaluations and fees are as follows:

Learning/ Developmental Evaluation: $1500

Learning/ Emotional Behavioral Evaluation: $2000

Autism Spectrum Disorder:  $2200

Gifted/IQ Evaluation: $450

TERMS OF PAYMENT

Fees include the initial parent interview, direct contact hours spent administering the psychoeducational tests, data analysis, comprehensive psychoeducational report with specific recommendations, and feedback meeting.

• $200 of the total fee is due upon scheduling the appointment.
• Payment for 50% of the total is expected on the first day of testing.
• The remaining balance is expected when results and a final report are received.

​​Please note that most insurance companies do not cover psychological or educational testing, as they deem these services “educational” rather than “medical”.
